Our professional workshop assembly line is fully operational for the production of high-quality warning lights. The whole manufacturing process follows strict standard procedures to guarantee stable performance and reliable quality.
The production starts with screwing installation. Workers fasten the screws tightly to firmly fix the PS lens, ensuring a tight and stable overall structure. After finishing the assembly of internal components and circuit connection, workers proceed to professional testing procedures. At this stage, every single warning light is strictly inspected on its light sensor to guarantee sensitive and normal induction performance.
After full function inspection, qualified products enter the packaging process. Each warning light is firstly packed with a PP bag for dustproof and scratch-resistant protection, and then finally packed in standard export cartons for safe transportation. Custom packaging solutions are also available to meet personalized customer requirements.
This warning light is designed with a red PS lens and a yellow base, equipped with 2 LED lights. The lens supports 360° free rotation to achieve omnidirectional warning effect. Both product colors and LED quantities can be customized according to client’s demands. The light adopts a built-in switch for convenient operation. Complete supporting accessories are provided, including plastic handle, plastic bolt and metal bracket for easy installation and use.
