We adopt high-quality PP raw materials, which endow the base with excellent impact resistance, wear resistance and structural stability, ensuring the collapsible traffic cone can maintain stable placement in various traffic scenarios. The entire production line operates automatically, with professional technicians monitoring the injection molding temperature, pressure and cooling time in real time to guarantee each base is precisely molded without defects such as burrs, deformations or bubbles.
 
In terms of size, each PP base is strictly manufactured according to the specification of 320*320*720mm, with a single piece weight of about 1.8kgs, fully matching the product’s matching requirements. The base is specially designed to be compatible with 1pc ultra-bright LED bottom light, supporting both flashing and steady-on working modes, and reserved with installation positions for 3pcs sandbags to further enhance the stability of the retractable traffic cone.
 
During the production process, we conduct full-process quality inspection, from raw material incoming inspection to finished product sampling testing, to ensure each base meets CE certification standards. Every finished base undergoes dimensional verification, weight detection and structural stress testing, ensuring it can perfectly match the polyester fabric cone body, and smoothly cooperate with the subsequent assembly of 2pcs reflectors with the sizes of 150mm and 100mm respectively. Our efficient and standardized injection molding production ensures stable supply and reliable quality for the entire collapsible traffic cone products.
